Warranty
1-year limited warranty on trees and shrubs from date of pick up or delivery. Installation and delivery are not included in warranty. For more information please visit our Warranty page.

All orders are custom dug and pulled. Pre-orders are final sale. No changes can be made once your order is placed online. To keep costs down we have a final sale policy on all pre-orders:
As orders are custom dug and processed from our farm, pre-orders are FINAL SALE. No changes can be made once your order is placed online. No refunds will be issued for pre-orders once your order has been paid for. If you are concerned about lines and utility obstructions please get your locates done before you order to ensure you can take your plant material as ordered. If you are unsure about what you need please contact us for help ordered. Change orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
These are approximate guidelines and will depend on order volumes, all arrivals of plants are weather pending and delivery/installation orders are subject to weather, scheduling conditions.

We deliver during the optimal planting windows for your zone to ensure your trees and plants thrive. We will notify you once your order is ready to pick up. Pick up items must be picked up within 7 days of arrival or a $150/week charge will be applied
