Place Order
Complete your order online (add special requests in the notes section of the checkout page).
We will start to assemble your order and email you when your order is ready for pickup. Garden Centre Shop items that are in stock and ready to go are generally available for pick up within the week.
Pick Up
Park in one of our three pick up stalls and call/text us at 403-540-0485 with your stall number. Give us a few minutes to collect your order and we will bring it out to your vehicle. We request local pick up orders to be picked up within 48 hours of notification email.
Begin Planting
Drive home, roll up your sleeves, and have fun planting!
Delivery
You do not need to be home at the time of shipping. Items such as pots, seeds, soil, tools, fertilizers and small plants will be placed at your front door or street side garage. In cold weather we will call ahead to ensure you are home if you are receiving tropical plants. Outdoor plants will also be placed either on your doorstep or as close to as possible. Any problems with a delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time.
For Apartment / Condo deliveries , customers must be home to receive order. During inclement weather, delivery schedules can be delayed or cancelled upon discretion of the Countryside Garden Centre team. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.

High volume can delay delivery times up to 6 weeks. Your patience is appreciated. Large pre-order and calliper tree deliveries are on a separate schedule, our office will contact you with delivery times for these orders.
Cancel Delivery
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your delivery please contact us prior to 48 hours before scheduled delivery time. As delivery times are very tightly scheduled during the busy spring season, we cannot guarantee a quick reschedule. Your delivery order will then be put back in the delivery queue and we will contact you as soon as there is an opening.
Installations
Installation Schedule (Apr – Oct):
Installation rates apply according to size of tree and type of installation (machine or hand). Scheduling for tree installations can be up to 8 weeks from date of purchase. Tree installation questionnaires must be filled and utility locations submitted to our office prior to your installation being scheduled.
Please note our Garden Centre is closed from Dec 23 – Jan 31.
No Delivery or Curb-side Pickup will be available at this time.

We deliver to all areas of Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Delivery orders are curb-side. Moving plant material to the backyard or another location will incur additional fees. We will not move plants into a previously dug hole. This would be considered an installation and installation fees will apply.
