Description: A low growing, deciduous shrub with a dense, compact, rounded form, lush green foliage, attractive red stems, white flowers and white-blue berries. Excellent groundcover and a great choice for attracting birds to your yard.

Ornamental Features: Lush green foliage throughout the season turning yellow in the fall. Small clusters of white flowers in late spring mature to white-blue berries. Stems turn bright red in the winter providing four season interest.

Landscape Attributes: Dense, multi-stemmed deciduous shrub. Low maintenance; although pruning is not required, removing 20-25% of the oldest stems in early spring of each year, stimulates growth of new stems which display the best color. Deer tolerant and rabbit resistant.
